The EDX6000B is one of the most powerful EDX XRF analysers capable of full-elemental analysis in many areas including precious metals, steel, minerals, cement, mining, plating thickness, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aggregate and hazardous elements RoHS testing. This model is capable of full and precise elemental detection and analysis. The systems UHRD detector technology and vacuum pump system enable detection of low content light elements. This is combined with an intelligent full-element analysis software package and an automatic 10 position sample holder to improve efficiency.
